1. Brown ground beef and onion, if using fresh onion, and drain.
2. Add barbeque sauce, dried onion and brown sugar.
3. Press biscuits into ungreased muffin cups, making sure dough get up to edge of cup.
4. Spoon meat mixture into cups.
5. Sprinkle with cheese.
6. Bake in preheated 400° oven for 10-12 minutes.
Tip: You can use ground turkey, pork or chicken for a taste change. Serve with salad or cole slaw and fresh fruit finishes meal.

1. Place all ingredients in large bowl and mix well.
2. Line muffin pan with foil baking cups.
3. Fill cups 2/3 full with mixture.
4. Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until temperature check reaches 165°.
5. If desired, spread tops with your favorite catsup.
Tip: For taste changes, replace tomato sauce and spices with:
1 small jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce, or
1 small jar of your favorite salsa, or
1 cup of your favorite barbeque sauce
You can also replace ground beef with sausage, ground chicken or pork.
To bake as regular loaf, increase baking time to 1-1 1/2 hour. Check temperature after one hour. Continue baking until temperature reaches 165°.
Tip: Add a salad and bread sticks to complete your quick meal.

1. Scrub potatoes, dry with paper towel and lightly oil.
2. Bake in microwave according to your oven wattage. 10-12 minutes
3. While potatoes bake, chop bacon and brown in skillet.
4. Preheat broiler.
5. When potatoes are done, cut in half with serrated knife. Scrape out potato meat leaving ¼” on skin.
6. Place potato skins on sprayed baking sheet.
7. Mash potato meat with butter and salt to taste. Stir in ½ c grated cheese. Refill skins and place under broiler until golden.
8. Sprinkle with additional cheese, bacon and green onions.
9. Add a dollop of cream cheese if desired.

1. Brown hamburger meat; cool.
2. Stir in onions, cheese, salt, and sauce.
3. Mix well.
4. Spoon onto buns.
5. Wrap each sandwich in foil and seal edges well.
6. Either refrigerate or freeze.
7. To serve, preheat oven to 350°.
8. If not frozen, heat for 15-20 minutes.
9. If frozen, heat 30-45 minutes.
10. Serve with chips or fries.
